On behalf of myself and the entire staff at Bannerman Learning Center, I would like to welcome you and your scholar to what we hope will be an educational changing experience. Our dedicated teaching staff and support personnel want to ensure that every child feels successful and achieves academic excellence as evidenced by our expectations of respect, responsibility, safety, and support. Welcome to Banner Learning Center home of the Bison. My name is Brian Cox and I am honored to serve as the assistant principal of this incredible school. I have been an educator for over 20 years, to include: serving as a teacher in an ESE, High School Math and Drop out prevention classrooms , as an assistant principal at Keystone Heights Jr/Sr High School for seven years, at Union County High School in Lake Butler, Florida for 1 year, and 2022-2023 school year will be my fourth year as the assistant principal at Bannerman Learning Center. We pride ourselves on being a school that gives all students a second chance and helps the students rebuild their character and self-respect while also giving them the tools to striving for academic excellence.
